The equipment structure
The trolley type electric resistance furnace is mainly composed of a furnace shell, fireproof and heat preservation, heating elements, trolley walking and furnace door lifting mechanism, furnace bottom heat resistant plate and electrical control system.
1. The furnace shell
The shell of the furnace body is welded by steel plate and steel. In order to ensure the overall insulation performance of the furnace and prevent the loss of heat, a labyrinth and sand seal sealing device is arranged between the furnace body and the trolley, and the trolley and the furnace wall are sealed with a flexible sealing device.
2. fire and insulation
In order to ensure that the lining has good thermal insulation performance and a certain structural strength, the furnace is made of a fiber folding block. The advantages of this material are:
(1) It has excellent high temperature resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 1000 °C.
(2), low thermal conductivity, slow heat transfer rate, greatly reducing the heat loss of the furnace.
(3) The density is small, the density of the refractory fiber is small, the weight is light, and the bulk density is only 1/6 of the bulk weight of the lightweight brick, which greatly reduces the load on the steel structure.
(4), less heat storage. The furnace wall is made of refractory fiber, and the heat storage amount is only about 1/4 of that of the brick structure furnace, so that the heating time of the furnace body is short.
(5), good thermal shock resistance. Because the refractory fiber is soft, elastic, excellent in quenching and rapid heat resistance, and strong in thermal shock resistance.
(6) Good insulation performance, and the insulation at high temperature is 3 times that of refractory brick.
(7) Good chemical stability. It is not affected by general acid and alkali in heat treatment equipment.
3. Heating elements
The electric heating element adopts the 0Cr21A6Nb resistance band produced by Beijing Shougang. The resistance band has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and long service life.
4. Trolley walking and furnace door lifting mechanism
The trolley enters and exits with the motor to drive the worm gear reducer, and drives the sprocket to walk, the driving ability is strong, the walking is stable, and the performance is reliable; the trolley enters and exits the limit switch, the trolley, the furnace door and the heating are interlocked, and the safety is high. Even if the operator mishandles, there is no danger. The trolley drive power is supplied through the cable reel, and the cable is automatically tightened.
The furnace door frame is made of steel plate and profile welded, and the inside is pressed by standard fiber folding block. In order to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature, the furnace door is also equipped with heating elements. The door lift also adopts the transmission mode of the trolley. Through the roller and the oblique collision mechanism, the furnace door leaves the furnace mouth 20mm during the opening process, and then rises again. When the furnace door is closed, the furnace door falls into place while the furnace is in place. The mouth is moved tightly to ensure that the furnace door and the furnace mouth are slightly rubbed, so that the furnace door and the furnace mouth have a long service life. In this way, the sealing is strict, the movement is smooth, safe and reliable.
The furnace door power supply adopts the machine tool towline type, which effectively protects the cable from being damaged by the furnace gas.
5. Furnace bottom heat-resistant plate
On the upper part of the trolley, a heat-resistant steel of CrMnN graded by a large heat-resistant steel casting company, Anhui Mingguang Zhongli Casting Co., Ltd., is laid. The steel has high plasticity and oxidation resistance, stable structure and resistance to vulcanization. It has improved comprehensive performance with quenching and rapid heat, reduced aging brittleness, and also has good weldability and castability. The furnace plate has been tempered and normalized before leaving the factory. It does not deform under high temperature conditions, does not crack, does not oxidize the skin, and has good resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heat. Especially suitable for high temperature furnaces.
6. Electrical control system
The electrical control system consists of thermocouple, PID temperature control instrument, KS bidirectional thyristor, paperless temperature recorder and general electrical components. Its main performances are as follows:
