The heating parts consist of high-temperature resistance wire, silicon carbide rod or silicon molybdenum rod. We use lightweight bricks or silicon wool felt as insulation materials, and the surface is covered by high-temperature paint.

Our furnace with muffle furnace heating element uses PID smart meters to control the temperature, and use high precision thermocouple to ensure the accuracy of temperature control, so we can provide more reliable data for the lab experiments. The heating components of our electric box furnace are all of high quality, so they last longer.
