1. Ceramic fiber liner is adopted, and the high-temperature furnace wire generates heat, which is energy-saving and efficient. The energy consumption is one third of that of ordinary high-temperature furnace, and the temperature rises quickly.

2. The cold plate of the shell is sprayed with plastic, which is light in shape and weighs only one fifth of that of an ordinary high-temperature furnace.

3. Integrated production. The electrical connection between the furnace body and the temperature controller has been completed before leaving the factory. It can be used with the power on, and the operation is convenient.

4. It has the functions of automatic constant temperature and time control, and is equipped with two-level overtemperature automatic protection function, with reliable control and safe use.

The control system adopts full-automatic multi band ltde programmable instrument with adjustable heating speed, and the PID + SSR system is controlled synchronously, making it possible for the consistency and reproducibility of any test or experiment. It has the functions of automatic constant temperature and time control, and is equipped with two-level over temperature automatic protection function. It has reliable control and safe use. The controller is located under the box and is made in an integrated way. The electrical connection between the furnace body and the temperature controller has been completed before leaving the factory. It can be used when the power supply is connected.
