Brief introduction of structure
Rotary screw hardening furnace shell is welded by sheet steel and sectional steel profile steel.
Furnace lining adopting the super light weight high strength 0.6/cm³beads energy-saving refractory brick, using the high alumina silicate fiber for heat preservation, super energy-saving structure ,energy-saving effect is excellent.
Using the Ocr21Ai6Nb resistance wire as the heating element, long service life.
Electric rotary furnace pot is made of 310S (Cr25Ni20) , one end is supported by bearing support outside the furnace body, using the electromotor and reduction gears to realize the transmission, making the furnace pot to rotate slowly, meanwhile, the workpiece will be heated uniformly as the furnace pot rotation, the workpiece color and lustre is consistent after heat treatment.
The other end is feed inlet, supported by 2 pieces of idler wheel, when feeding, shake speed transmission on the furnace tilting supporting bracket by hand, the furnace feed inlet will incline upward 20°, convenient for feeding, when discharging, incline downward 40 ° , then workpiece will be poured out.
