4. Trolley walking and furnace door lifting mechanism of high efficiency tempering furnace for metal and steel

In order to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature, the furnace door is also equipped with heating elements. The door lift also adopts the transmission mode of the trolley. Through the roller and the oblique collision mechanism, the furnace door leaves the furnace mouth 20mm during the opening process, and then rises again. When the furnace door is closed, the furnace door falls into place while the furnace is in place. The mouth is moved tightly to ensure that the furnace door and the furnace mouth are slightly rubbed, so that the furnace door and the furnace mouth have a long service life. In this way, the sealing is strict, the movement is smooth, safe and reliable.

The furnace door power supply adopts the machine tool towline type, which effectively protects the cable from being damaged by the furnace gas.

5. Furnace bottom heat-resistant plate of high efficiency tempering furnace for metal and steel
